thanks for the link. Mine says shipped, but of course the tracking number on USPS says there is no such shipment.
I'm already ready to change to verizon. I moved from Appalachia to Wise and I've asked numerous times to have my address changed and they refuse to change it! According to ATT I don't even have a shipment coming and I should go to the store to get a new phone. However, the store wont even let me get a new phone. If I'm without service for a period of time, I'm switching to Verizon.
I have a gut feeling most of us will switch to Verizon before it is all said and done.

I have already decided to go to Verizon. This Alltel/ATT ordeal has done it for me.
First, which is probably the most important, is that i can get a cheaper plan with Verizon. Also i would like a droid. haha
Second customer service has been TERRIBLE since around September to early October. What is the incentive for a Alltel Rep to treat you like they always have if their job is not guaranteed in the switch over? Also i understand the building was rather stressful with the switchover process. Granted they might not have known all the answers i asked but the manner in which they answered was not professional.
I have heard from a couple of people that service was going to suck once the switchover actually occurred. I am not going to jump the gun and believe them but i am skeptical of how well the service will be when they switch.
